A big thank you to our psychologists Dr. Amelia Jurlando and Ms. Shannon Mintze in honor of National School Psychologist Week! Their hard work and dedication to supporting staff, students, and families does not go unnoticed.



JM students had the opportunity to learn from the Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) experts from the McMahon EOD Training Center at Fort Walker on Wednesday.
Technology Teacher William Fields invited the visitors to show JM students the Army's robots and technology in operation as well as learn about the military and the EOD field. The robotics students learned a great deal first-hand from experts in this beyond-the-classroom demonstration.
Attending from Fort Walker were: SFC William Bish, SFC Joshua Gump, SSG Brandon Goodner, SFC Joshua Kenne, and SSG Ian Lising.

Huge shoutout to our talented JMHS students in the CTE program! Yesterday, they brought their A-game to the Chamber of Commerce, participating in a dynamic event focused on real-world skills. Dressed to impress and resumes ready, students from Entrepreneurship, Sports Marketing, Fashion, Cosmetology, CNA, JVG, and Cybersecurity programs had the incredible opportunity to engage in real interviews and learn firsthand from local professionals.

Hailing from the City of Giants, Carolina, Puerto Rico, Marilyn has always felt at home near the beach, with a lifelong love for the sand and sea. An adventurous spirit, Marilyn has lived in four different states, fearlessly embracing each new experience.
